COMPANY POLICY

In accordance with the SOUTH AFRICAN LABOUR LAW, LNS CLEANING AND PROJECTS RESERVES THE RIGHT, absolute right, to take any contract, either through commission, patronage, public or domestic.

Approval

All final project cleaning are subjected to both supervision by our supervisor and client’s perusal and approval before LNS cleaning team leaves the premises.

Rights.

All services provided by LNS shall be to the exclusive satisfaction of the clients upon payment.

Liability of LNS

LNS shall take reasonable precautions to safeguard the client PREMISES. LNS shall, however, not be liable for any damage to, or loss of any objects/assets provided by the client, other than or on account of willful neglect of LNS CLEANING TEAM.

Termination.

Either party may terminate their agreement upon giving written notice to the other as specified. Upon termination LNS may retain any initial payment and the client shall pay LNS for all hours expended on project, up to the date of termination.

Complain

Once a project has been done in full according to the agreed upon project, if there are complains, it will be attended to with no extra charge!

Time lines.

After deposit is given on a project outlined, we will provide you with an estimated turnaround time to finish the cleaning without delay. If the client decides to delay the project, LNS cannot guarantee the original projected time line. We will do our best to work you back into the schedule as time permits.

Privacy Policy

LNS respects your privacy, so any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, door codes, keys, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of LNS.

Social Responsibility

LNS provides in its budget on an annual basis a total of R180'000 towards Social Upliftment and enhancement of its staff members.
